Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed for program registrations and gear purchases from Strongtteliminat.

1. Program Registration Cancellations

Participants may cancel a program registration under the following conditions:

• More than 30 days before program start: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
• 15 to 30 days before program start: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Less than 15 days before program start: No refund. A one-time transfer to a future program date within 12 months may be available, subject to availability.

2. Program Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a program due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost. We will notify registered participants as early as possible.

3. Gear Package Purchases

Unused gear packages in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Defective items may be returned within 90 days for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Gear Rental Returns

Rental equipment must be returned to our Bentonville field office within 48 hours of program completion. Late returns are subject to a daily rental extension fee equal to 10% of the original rental price per day.

Damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged at repair or replacement cost. A security deposit, collected at rental pickup, may be applied toward damage charges.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Administrative fees associated with program registration.
• Third-party permits or access fees already procured on your behalf.
• Custom-sized or special-order gear items.

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund or return has been incorrectly denied, contact our field office with your registration or order number. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
